I travelled to Montreal to support the production of a behind-the-scenes feature with Calgary Flames forward Jonathan Huberdeau, capturing authentic moments that offered fans a unique look beyond the game. The project followed Huberdeau through his hometown, documenting everything from a local beer league hockey game and family life at home to his annual charity golf tournament.

Throughout the project, I led photography while supporting production from planning through execution, creating editorial and behind-the-scenes imagery that complemented the feature's storytelling.

Working in a documentary-style environment strengthened my ability to anticipate unscripted moments, adapt quickly, and capture meaningful content in real time.

The feature generated more than 140,000 Instagram views, reflecting the audience's interest in authentic, player-focused storytelling and reinforcing the impact of thoughtful, behind-the-scenes content.
